Morbid humor

Do you know that feeling that you're suddenly very into something? A movie for instance? Well, I have it with The Addams Family lately. I rewatched the movies and fell completely in love again with their morbid sense of humor. Especially mother Morticia got my attention. Despite the fact that her make up look isn't very uhm... flattering, Anjelica Huston made a marvellous character out of 'Tish' Addams. And then not the mention the chemistry between Gomez and Morticia! Ah, if only someone could treat me the way Gomez treats his Morticia! (Oh shut up Siel, you've got an awesome boyfriend al ready.)
I wondered if I could remake those crazy cheekbones of her. One thing led to another and POOF... suddenly I was making pictures trying to look like her!
Do you think I succeeded?

Anyway, it gives a good dose of inspiration for my favourite holiday: Halloween! Can't wait till the 31st of October!

For those interested, this is the order of the movies:

• The Addams Family (1991)
• Addams Family Values (1993)    Sequel of previous movie
• Addams Family Reunion (1998)  Stands apart from previous movies (and less good in my opinion)

I didn't watch the original series again, but they're certainly on my series-to-watch-list!

Just spotted on Belmodo and I can't get it out of my mind!

The girl reminded me a lot of Aisling from The Secret of Kells. The Secret of Kells is a Belgian graphic novel about the Celtic era. A few years ago they made a film out of it, which resulted in a perfect copy of the comic book. It's exactly the same actually, only the images are moving now and music and voices are added. Aisling is also a mysterious creature, that seems to be unstoppable, constantly moving and laughing. Watch and see..

Little little movie

I've had a little bit a computer dip today (loooot's of troubles with USB-sticks and stuff like that).

But I had to work with it for school.
And now I'm over my computer dip and I made a little movie of Ruby and me in Düsseldorf. I hope you'll enjoy!

Hmm the original quality was a lot better. Sorry for that!

Little movie over a classmate

For our cours New media we had to make a little movie about a classmate.
I had a whole other idea actually but I still hadn't done anything and it had to be finished this week so last weekend I quickly made something. (It explains the quality)


I'll clarify it a bit: Thus it was over Louise, who wears often flowerprints. She has a thing with lands like Egypt. (also notably in her jewellery) She is often stressed about school and certainly about her rapport. And the words at the end are words she usually says.
